What is Traptox?
Traptox is the popular term for an injectable treatment using Botulinum Toxin (like Botox) specifically targeting the upper Trapezius muscle, the large muscle that connects the neck, shoulders, and upper back.

Is it safe to weaken the trapezius muscle?
Yes. The goal is to weaken the upper fibers for aesthetic and tension relief, not eliminate muscle function. The lower and middle trapezius are primarily responsible for lifting the arm and shoulder function, which are not targeted and remain fully functional.
Will I experience pain during the injection?
Most clients report only minor, brief stinging or pressure with each injection. The procedure is well-tolerated, and a topical numbing cream is generally not required.
How quickly can I see the slimming result?
The aesthetic slimming takes time. Expect the most noticeable results after 4–6 weeks, as the relaxed muscle gradually reduces in bulk.
Are there restrictions on activities after the treatment?
We advise avoiding strenuous exercise or heavy lifting for 24 hours. You should also avoid massaging or putting pressure on the treated area to ensure the product stays localized.
How many units of Botox are needed?
