    Add 2 ml BAC water to the vial. Inject it slowly down the inside wall of the vial, then gently swirl until dissolved; do not shake. Use sterile technique.

    Read the syringe

    10 U-100 syringe units = 0.1 mL = 1.5 mg total blend.

    Route and site

    Self-injection: SQ (subcutaneous). Use fatty tissue such as the abdomen, outer thigh, or back of upper arm; rotate sites each dose and avoid irritated, bruised, scarred, or damaged skin. For abdomen, stay at least 2 inches from the navel.

    Changing the dose

    Only increase or change dose according to the listed protocol. Follow titration instructions when applicable; do not increase faster than the protocol.
